I recently discovered this charming little bakery, and I have to say, it’s a hidden gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The display case was lined with an array of pastries, bread, and cakes that looked almost too beautiful to eat. I decided to try their almond croissant and a slice of the lemon blueberry cake. Let me tell you, both were absolute perfection! The croissant was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of almond filling. The lemon blueberry cake had a delightful balance of tart and sweet, and the texture was incredibly light. I loved how the staff was friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about their products; they were happy to provide recommendations and share the story behind some of their recipes. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be that the seating area could use a bit more coziness. A few more chairs or some soft decorations would really enhance the atmosphere. What a delightful experience! I stopped by this local bakery on a whim for my morning coffee and left with a bag full of treats. The selection was extensive, and I was particularly impressed by the variety of sourdough breads available. I picked up a rustic loaf and some decadent chocolate chip cookies. The sourdough was perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, with that tangy flavor that only a true artisanal loaf can have. The cookies were soft and chewy, with an abundance of gooey chocolate chips; they disappeared almost instantaneously when I brought them home!
